  • RSC verification services not available.

    Just wana share this since i was at rsc today.
    Was informed by the staff that due to high volume of servicing, they will not be providing verification services for this week.

    So i went JW in the end.

    Buyers and sellers may want to take note.

    Current:

    Seiko SRP639
    Bell & Ross BR03-92
    Rolex Sub 116610 LV
    Rolex Sub 16610 LV
    Rolex AirKing 14000 (Dad's baby)

    My Looooong Wish List:

    Gosh! Scared me for moment! I thought you cannot authenticate at RSC anymore!

      I went last week and they told me to come Firiday. Apparently pple is getting out their rolex to service adn wear it during CNY!

          Thanks to sg-roc for help driving up the demand/transactions in the preowned market

          Wouldn't it be a good business case to set up a SG-ROC Watch Authentification Centre? Hehe...

              Heh! Not bad an idea but who's gonna do the service? It will be a good initiative though, that the forum can tie up with a reliable service technician to do the job. Anyone has the network/contacts?

                  I think the vintage rolex market is thriving very well...hahaha..more ppl buying vintages and pre-owned pieces i presume!!!!

                        Mayb can do a partnership with shops like jw or top hour then get them to provide cheaper rates to roc member? :P

                              John and his men can handle all these watches. Charges I don't know but don't think it's going to vary too much (if at all) between brands, for authentification. I have only used them for servicing, prices are roughly 30% to 40% lower than agent's servicing. They are happy to quote over the phone/email so just call and check.
