Tax refund in Japan has been there all along
HKD has appreciated considerably against JPY as HKD is pegged to USD which has been going up. But remember that Rolex has also increased their retail prices in Tokyo by about 8% in January. So I think now the savings may not be that much. Also, in Japan, they very seldom release the popular models to foreigners/tourists, based on my own experience.elusiveComment
