Really envy your husband to have such a thoughtful wife. As rsc may took Few hours for authentication, suggest you meet the seller earlier. Alternatively, you can try top hour which is across the street at lucky plaza.

Hi. Thanks a lot. Seller mention that he can send the watch for verification by noon, n we both can collect together once it's done. But seller told me that must collect together with him. Bcos rsc only tell whether real or not verbally.
So the receipts only shows its under service charge? Without mention authentication etc? Pls help..

there is a difference between boss and intern.

what i am trying to point out is impression. sometimes 'boss' aka customer have different perception.

Yes. The seller is right. Rsc will only verbally inform of the authentication of the watch. The rsc receipt will only indicate "service charge" with the watch model, serial and sender's name.

Do you know it it's ok to just do a walk -in adjustment or need to book a time?. Also, do you know if they can do a walk -in authentication of a watch? (or need to book)....

Do you know what time they open?. Saturdays??

                              thanks.
