Wow... datejust minimum servicing starts $850?? Holy Molly.. I have just serviced my Explorer in RSC in Feb and it is $790 for sports model. Datejust should be cheaper? I was just thinking to send my wife's ladies datejust for regulation.. running 5 mins faster every week.. and that will cost me $850!!! *faint*

What to do.. put it this way, under Business point of view, if a person can afford to buy expensive Watches, then this person must be ready to pay premium servicing charges....
Desire & Craving will never end, save some cash for the rainy day. Just my 2 cents worth.

If anyone wants to be a collector, should not rely on RSC. I have mentioned it before and will say it again....the $107 does not let you know anything more that the watch is genuine Rolex product. Period.
thats why i joined the rep forums hahahaa, but master kuchinku this applies to the olden days, now rep is getting better and better liao. The better grades one is so well rep, (except the movt, but i'm not surprise soon they can even rep the movt) they even have the papers, and boxes.

went to change my datejust clasp 2 weeks ago, sent it around 330 and was told to collect before 630pm.....i think after 630 they no longer take in any sort of service.....

just to share i paid $238 inclusive of GST for a new Datejust osyter bracelet Clasp which i think the price is ok... at first i tot it will be much more expensive... purchased the watch from 2nd hand dealer, the reason i changed it due to over polished of the clasp untill the rolex logo is not visible and looks thinner...at first just wanna send for verification but need to pay $107 so i think it is wise to add a lil bit to have the clasp change as well and i think they did check the verification as well.(as they will never service or change any parta of the watch if the watch found to be faked)
