* "new movement" is most probably a new small in house movement to replace the p999 which was never really theirs (borrows a Piaget gear train) which fits in the smaller 1940 cases.

Check with you, how's the accuracy of your 590? Cause I have came across many people complaining about the in-house P.5000 movement. My is excellent though. Just curious about others, that's all.

620 42mm 572 45mm same in-house movement P.4000 calibre
in-house movement accuracy not good as cosc but PR very good.. lucky my 590 4 sec a days
