Thinking of getting an IWC pre-owned watch,just wondering how much is the usual servicing fee for an IWC?

Fee depends on model

The fee would depend on model. last I asked was 600+ for a chrono spitfire. Maybe less without polishing.

It gets even higher for in house movements.... But normally you will need only need to service at the 5 year mark.

For 7 days movement, I don't there is any other place you can or would want to service your watch.

Can I ask if anyone has experience - When the IWC watch is under the 2 years warrenty, can we bring the watch in for servicing FOC? (Just before the warrenty runs out)

2 year Warrenty

Warrenty means they will repair the watch IF there is any problems. If there is none, they will not do anything. Servicing which also means maintainance, oiling and polishing. Servicing is also a means of income for them.

In short, warrenty means just repairs.....

IWC servicing

Is the servicing of IWC expensive if done by Richmont? Any good recommendation for service outside of the AD.

The manual recommends servicing approx 5yrs. I read in forum that there is this 2 yrs interim servicing...
what is the difference and what are the prices?
does the full servicing includes polishing?
and normally how long will it take?

Yeap. That's around there for the 7 days movement.

I was told to leave my watch there for 1 month awaiting the seals to arrive in sg.

Complete servicing for 3 hand watch with no date in house calibre is 495 inclusive gst as of earlier half of this year
