Have ppl offer for the auction products below 25% of starting bid . how ??

Do i ask them list their below target prices into the post and let sponsers decide

Or it will be starting bid min price regardless ??

personally i feel that since it is for charity purpose, these people who offer lower pricing is just trying to get a bargain.

im more inclined to tell them if you want to do your bit for charity, then do it. else dont bother.

I think can let the sponsor decide. 25% of $500 is $125 but 25% of $10 is only $2.50. So really gotta depend on what the item is and how comfortable the sponsor is
