Hi guys, pardon my ignorance, check when did the GMT I come with a double locking bracelet? Saw one at Papa Kilo T series with double lock, appears a bit out of norm to me but I may not wrong. Pros, pls advise. Thanks.

My 16700 is one of the first GMTs that fit with a double locking bracelet. It is an "A" series which means production year of 1998-1999.
I have also heard that some last batches of "U" series GMTs were also fit with double locking bracelet. But not sure about that.... -
my 16700 U series 1996/97 came with double lock. i am the first owner.

'T' have double lock? unless the owner went and change it at RSC or watch dealer.
Should be at very late U or A series.
Furthermore, bracelets are not very strictly control by RSC. if you have any single lock and wants to change double lock, RSC will change for you provided it suit the model.
My personal opinion is myself preferred single lock on GMT Master 1 as it look vintage.
