Are they worth buying for long term keeping?

Also, would these 2 watches be cheaper in Europe (Switzerland and Italy)? Appreciate if anyone has any guide to Europe's pricing.

No leh... 2nd hand market for an 8 year old 179174 diamond dial for example is still selling at around 7k+. This from 10.5k retail brand new before discount... seems to hold its value pretty decently. Can't make money out of it, of course.
