  • My first visit to RSC

Guess i brave myself today to head down to RSC to send my watch to authenticate.
all these while ive only got the chance to read the good/bad reviews and comments from bros here that went to RSC...hopefully i will get good customer service from them.
now at 0945 Hrs im already here at lucky plaza walking towarda Tong building, kiasu a bit so that i can send early and collect it by today...will update my experience visiting them later on after collection of my watch... (hopefully no scratches as free gift)

+1 for your brave act... Just kidding
They are nice people, just that sometimes the technicians scratch watches by accident, probably due to fatigue
Good move to go in the morning when they are still fresh

Keep us posted on your First-rolex-center-visit experience

Customer service should be ok but don't know about the lug of the watch, good luck.

take note of her name to avoid being passed around later when you call.

the moment the cisco officer opened the door, i walk to the counter and was looking for young staffs, as i want to avoid the older staffs...but unfortunately all the staffs at counter is in their 40s i think... so went to one of them and told her that i want to authenticate my watch, she explained nicely to me that there will be no cert given only invoice...gave to her my watch and she wrap nicely in rolex cloth and put inside a service bag, she also asked my name, address and contact .... i throw her few question regarding my watch, she answered promptly although her tone of voice is kinda loud...since im the first customer she told me that maybe i can collect my watch around 1pm .... im staying in north area so is it wise not to go home and roam around town till 1pm...

typo for my earlier post should read as "it is wise" rather "is it wise"

collected my watch! the best experience that i had today is when the staff told me that my watch is authentic.

(Thanks to pre**sio* wa*ch for this lovely piece as i bought this watch from them)

this time around a different lady attended me.... inspected the watch once it was handed over to me...bought the watch pretty mint so i was relieved at that point of time as my naked eyes can't see or spots any extra or notable scratches. ....i was lucky not to be given any scratches as a gift instead i was given a Green pouch and a Rolex cleaning cloth....so overall i can say that my experience is not that bad .. i have to agree some of the counter staff looks very snobbish....i'm giving them 7.7/10...

few shots after cameback from authentification....
