Short answer no if your watch had a black dial and insert thats the only option for your watch.Now if you could source a dial and insert, any good watchmaker could do the change, but it would be very expensive to do ceramic inserts are crazy money for what they are.Then if you did mod your watch the RSC would not service it until it was put back as originally spec when bought.
