wonder is the daytona ceramic bezel will filter down to other models in the daytona range.

i personally, feel that the daytona is one step backwards. always a fan of the daytona bezel, esp in the white gold.

Rose gold n bronze themes seem to b latest fad in 2011. They look great but wonder if it looks nice on our skin tone. Hard to match dressing 2, I guess. Luv d daytona, look veri maculate!

Rose gold/ yellow watches hv been in the market already for a long time, not really the 'current fashion' thing la. It looks great of course but not every one cup of tea. The more 'in' fashion in watches now are the ceramics, forged carbon, composite materials.

But i must admit certain models like Patek philippe 5711 5712 5726 5980, AP ROO, grandprix 26290, Rolex daytona new 2011 ceramic bezel looks stunning and stands out in the rose gold version.

At first look, the new exp2 in white looks a winner. But after staring at it for few days, I seem to have different feeling. Seems the black one has a more enduring appeal.

The Daytona looks cool but I need to stare at it longer first.

Yes, i agreed with bro KuchingKu. the Daytona is the most awesome & appealing among the rest !
Cuz i don't a single piece of Daytona yet ha ha............: )

The New Exp-II, i still thing some cool factors r missing, can't bring the soul of Steve McQueen Mark II-1655 back !

Rolex need to boost up the sale of the Exp 2 by increasing the size else it will sink further with the 40mm as seen from the preown market price.

Yacht master need to comes out with the cheaper gold/steel version this year for reasons are to recur the cost they spend on this movement, previously in white gold, not many can afford so sales bad.

New daytona stays 40mm due reasons the sales have been good all the while for the past years, if they will to make 42mm too, previous smaller 40mm daytonas will die down the road n nobody will want buy liao. With the ceramic bezel saves cost over the full gold bezel, Rolex smart moves.
