    what is the mindset like with regards to the choosing of the different models

      aesthetics - which one sings to you
      function - do you need gmt/dual time?

          The main considerations (for me) will be if the watch is one that I like aesthetically (no. 1), and can afford (no. 2).

            Agree with ocean....no nid care bout resell value IMO .....If u plan on reselling might as well don't buy the watch liao

              resale is a bonus on things like watches; because dont forget; taste is very personal. what i like; you may not like and vice versa. as for the mentality. the beauty of a mechanical watch.
