          D then Z then M

If you can handle the deepsea pricetag and new looks plus you want the latest models, get the deepsea.

The SD once its confirmed discon and when stocks are only available preowned will be subject to market demand and supply so prices can be in your favor if you wan to sell one in the future...

Prices will only go up up up...

So get one while prices are logical..

i think after awhile you would hope that the DSSD price would drop a fair bit, because anything new, will have hype and ADs trying to get premium for it.

better get as expected prices are going UP, and dealers have to sell higher to compensate the diff.

the price of a SD has never been logical to begin with.

All watchmakers and their brands let alone Rolex has never been logical in pricing..

Its market demand and supply ... lol

and thats like a well used term already

id have to disagree, it was logical until basel 08 once news that SD discontinued, all hell broke loose, dealers asking for premium, collectors rushing to stock up and keep, and now short term market corrections are exercising on price.

then again maybe you're right but that really depends on what you presume is logical..

i believe that the asking for the SD before the discon news was fair and reasonable plus being able to get e discount that was better than the sub made it oh so good..
but alas.... now all SD are being kept in storage awaiting all ADs to run low on new stock and preowned shops holding back for the ultimate high price sale...

The SD is a technically superior piece of watchmaking for Rolex compared to other models.. 3990feet.. (if we're able to dive that deep).. For that huge chunk of metal.. its quite worth the money... better get 1 SD now for keeps.. 10 years down the road.. it'll be like to Paul Newman...
