Recently, I saw a lady wearing a Rolex 40mm Explorer II Black dial. In fact, one of my friend also wears a Rolex Explorer II white dial. Any reason why Explorer II seems to be the choice for ladies? Is it the size, functions or looks that appeal to ladies? Is Explorer II a good collection to be added? I think in timezone, there was a report on the future Explorer II with orange GMT hand. Any idea?

explorer II is a choice because
1) the thickness is the smaller compared to sub/ym/daytona/gmt
2) entry level of sports models - not so painful if 'wrong' choice
