If that is the case, then I have decided to buy a new one.

I hope they have stock for the models that I am interested in when I am next in Singapore...

      Buy new from licensed resellers.

In terms of pricing, boutique with minimum or no discount followed by AD with minimum discount followed by licensed resellers with BNIB with the most attractive discounts.

In terms of quality, no difference. All come from same factory.

For me I will even buy BNIB from grey resellers but u need to know how reputable the seller is.

Bro, I have decided to buy new Rolex to avoid any negative experience for my first Rolex.
Thank you for all of you that have given me plenty of advices. Really appreciate them all.

        Thank you....

PS: Anyone could PM me which dealers should I go? Or should I just go to the Rolex Boutiques for best experience?

Just have to experienced it yourself.
Otherwise, the more you ask the more you cannot understand.

Enjoy your new one and let us know your experience.

Good choice. Pamper yourself a bit more since it's your first rolex. You will enjoy good customer service and beverages from boutiques like Hour glass and Cortina. Most importantly is you will have a peace of mind that the watch is authentic and have your name on the watch "birth cert".

I want to follow up on this as this is from my mum.
few years back, my mum bot a dj from peng kwee.
              after few days, stopped.
peng Kwee took in to repair, but stopped again after few days.
mum fared up, sent to RSC and they told my mum the parts in the watch are all junk and was taken from other watches.
mum totally pissed and went back to peng Kwee. end of day, only managed to get back 80% of what she paid.
totally crap n u better avoid them.
btw, their shops in people's park, lucky plaza have not opened for many weeks already.

Yes I heard Cortina and the Hour Glass plus Watches of Switzerland are one of the leading AD in Singapore.

How about grey dealers? Any recommendations? One I kept hearing is Chuan Watch is really recommended?

                Thanks bro...

                  Thanks for sharing bro.

Noted to self to avoid Peng Kwee. Any other shops to avoid or is there any black listed shops in Singapore?

                  Thanks in advance....
