to all bros that have given me their opinions & suggestions, thank you very much, really appreciate that
well, some of the replies make a lot of sense as to why do i need to own all the same kind of watch since i'm no professional diver...i dive into bed most of the time instead
well guess because i really like diver's watch and especially rolex ones...simple and nice. i'm also into big pilot watches for the history part of it which is why i also own 2 Azimuth watches of the same design but different sizes (47mm & 55mm)
i've sold my omega moonwatch apollo 2 some moons ago and bought a SD to use as a daily watch and a azimuth roboto as a occassional wear.
well maybe i should really put some thoughts for my next purchase as to which other rolex model to buy but i'm caught in a dilemma as i kinda like the Sub very much
am currently looking to purchase a BNIB or NOS of 14060M but can't seem to find any if any bros out there knows of any in the market please give this bro here a PM or email me at: [email protected]
thank you everyone of you bros who have given your kind comments and have a great week ahead

Actually hor SD should be kept and use one of the later LV as a daily watch provided he likes the green bazel like me. Else change it to black Bazel.

Than don't buy anymore wait till new sub out.
        Every Rolex tells a story

                HARDCORE SUB LOVER SPOTTED!

Aye... you must have your reasons for having 2 Sub LVs... and just like the others, it's a no brainer, C is your answer.

However, moving forward, why don't you also sell one of your LVs and get a black subdate or the TT blue sub? It'll make your sub collection more varied isn't it? Then you'll have one for every occasion:

                1. Black Subdate for Tuesdays to Friday. (Mondays are missing I know... go to point 4)
                2. SubLV to go with Jeans, Rugby Shirts and Beer
                3. Sub Non-date to wear over the weekends for sports and why-the-f-would-I-wanna-know-the-date-today public holidays
                4. TT Blue Sub for Monday blues, wedding dinners, formal wear and Limpeh-got-brue-sub-u-have-anot occasions

                    hi bro Destro22BT,
yeah...i'm a hardcore Sub fan...but it's stoopid of me to buy 2 Sub LVs at that point in time...especially when it's so much cheaper now (got mine at $9200/$9000 last year, both M series from local AD)
...now both in the closet and have never seen light since i bought them cos afraid to get them nicked...to sell one of them now would be loosing my pants as well... will have to wait out till this crisis is over before i can sell it at a lesser loss
bought a SD for daily wear instead... but even that also bought expensive... ($8500 from local AD but thanks to bros in this forum for telling me where they spotted a brand new one from AD)
now really have to think about whether to buy a Sub without date in the latest version or the non cosc version which is rare
heard that the latest Sub w/o date version is about $6200 from local AD, any truth? Sub with date is going at $8000 i think? is this cheap or ex?

I like point 4, in life we do have this type of occasions every now and then.

Yes current price of a Sub 14060M is around that price ($6.2k) after discount. SS Sub 16610 is priced at $8,228. Discount varies between 5% to 10%.

                        Cheers!

Hey bro Hellboy, I don't think that was a stupid move to get 2 X LVs, in fact I was thinking of buying 3 X LVs late last year for speculation... mwahahahahha...

Anyway, it's still possible to get your subdate/cosc sub 14060m without feeling much pain. The trick is to trade in the open market. Sell your NOS LV at S$7-7.2k and buy back a LNIB/NOS subdate at under $7k.... sounds right to you?

IIRC, a used TT blue sub is also going for 6K+ thereabouts... so why not also consider?

Yeah, I think the going rate of the Subs at ADs are thereabouts....

Probably go with vintage double red sub . Can find them at fairly reasonable prices still .
