    hi all,

    may i know when you send your watch for servicing at RSC, did you all do the polishing?

    is polishing not good for your watch?

    any1 know what happen if i never wind up my watch before wearing.. when the watch is stop? T_T

    Polishing willtake out a bit of metal from your watch so depends on you.
    But if you watch got scratches all over and you cannot stand it , then polish it lah bro
    looks better after polishing....

        Personally i do not like to polish, as it will make the case thinner.

        No harm will be done if you dun wind up...

          so you just leave it even there are scrathes on watch?

          May i check with you guys izzit true that RSC don service fake rolex even resize your watch?

          if it does it mean the watch is real ?

            I just leave the scratches there, as there will be new scratches once you wear it after the polishing...

            They do not service fake watch?? But not sure about sizing of bacelet...

              Double to that, i dont like polishing too as it makes the watch smaller.

                      Since we r on the topic of bracelet, may i hijack the discussion abit n ask all the experienced bros here whether they know how to check if the center link of new TT rolex 18k gold is real or not? I cant find any hallmark 999, 18k stamped on it...i though all gold 18k need a hallmark to prove the quality of gold? Tried searchg online n read on it but none can satisfy or furnish an answer...Cheers all!

                            can send for non destructive testing but with rolex's reputation, it is likely they are giving you the 75% gold they promised (18/24kt = 75% purity)
