  • Anyone confirm your Pam power reserve?

Check on my Pam0 on the power reserve, spec is 56 hours, I tested that mine lasted 56 hrs and 40mins while still running. I did 66 wounds for this test. Currently doing my 2nd confirmation. Happy with the result but just wants to know what is the tolerance or spec like +/- 40 ~ 50 ~60mins? Anyone here know?
    Current watch list:-
    Rolex DJ (11640)
Omega Seamaster (daily beater - now down pending servicing...)
    Tudor Glamour DD
    Magrette Bronze (daily beater)
    Hamilton Jazz
PAM 0000 (Got it for my 41 BD)

    Latest new toy:-
Seiko Sumo Diver (daily beater to replace my broken Seamaster)

Moving into vintage rolex... targeting on good condition DD1803, Explorer1 1016, Explorer2 1655.

at 56hrs and 40mins, was the time still accurate? when my pam 111 was at about 52hrs and the time was still accurate. IMHO, i won't be too obssessed with the actual power reserve. for me, if it achieves near the stated 56hrs i will be happy.

the most important thing i feel is the accuracy of the watch. mine is about average +1.5s/day which is within the chronometer specs. i measured the accuracy over 20 days of wear time ie. the watched gained 30s over a period of 20 days.

I just wind up in the morning. Don't know how long it will last.
As all my Pam now no seconds hand, not overly concern with accuracy.
No minutes markers too. So aga aga la.

I believe they are cosc or near cosc specs.
No seconds hand no cosc. Ha.

I use my phone to track the exact time I windup and track down to the 56hrs 40mins period, well then it was accurate to the minute... no sec needle cannot judge. will try to gage the accuracy after 40days or more since I can only judge to the minute. I guess Pam0 is not cosc certified so drift should be more than 12~15sec per month... I've check on my DJ before and if I do not remember wrongly it was accurate to 12sec per month at new, after 3 years of ownership still within 20sec... sent for servicing then re-check back to 12sec per month... guess there is some adjustment that could be done internally...

Agreed... brought the Pam due to this freedom... especially for the date I hate to adjust it so Pam0 is just suitable for me the lazy type hahaha... complicated functions etc all seems useless to me just need the time.

cosc spec is +6/-4 per day = +180/-120 per month
12-15sec per month is 1 order difference!

My Pam 368 8 days power reserve lasted about 10 days.

Great watch and never expect to receive 2 more days free..

                    Cheers!

                      Guys
My 312 never get to smell even 48 hours after winding for 30-40 winds
This is despite sending to Richmond for servicing recently

I read you guys wind to over 60. Is that necessary? I begin to doubt panerai movement... Or is mine a lemon?
Feel like sending back again. Haiz...
