thanks bro, actually the main reason to buy the watch is be'cos of the pilot helmet, now that you say that the quality is sub-standard, may think twice.

Well, the helmet would be fine as a display item. I think the winder is from orbita so that should worth quite a bit. Overall, price is sub 2k which is pretty much a good deal as I believe thats >50% discount for a brand new watch+winder. Cheers

I would prefer the various military squadron limited editions, but they are almost non-existent here.
