Just sent my Omega for servicing in Swatch Harbour Front. 1 hour wait time before reaching the counter. Tons of people all cramped up in 2 sofa area. You can almost smell the person next to you. Then when they come back with their servicing quote, you kind of feel that you had been mugged. That's service for a luxury watch....

It is so terrible that I wld reconsider buying any swatch grp watches

bought a mechanical hamilton 10 years ago, keeping pretty good time, and without service since then.

today the crown broke. other watch repair persons would not want to repair, n asked me to contact swatch.

called them up, described the situation, and the lady estimated repair cost to be $300+,,,,,

na bei, bought the watch $350 then,,,, so will keep it and just for show,,,,
