Me will be heading up there in end sep...to celeb my bday... first time there

Booked my flight already.. but accom still not decided.. Any recommendations?

Looking to stay at a nice cozy place with private pool preferbly... (yes yes.. i know.. but not all are super ex)... aint rich.. so pls dun recommend me the Trisara and Banyan Trees, etc...

go to phuket can find accom easy one i backpack in europe with no booking and just walk into hostel if it is too late

Juz back last month.. For first timer, I strongly recommend stayin Patong beach. Lots of food selection, entertainment, shopping, etc. happening there. Unless you want to be out of the town crowd with peaceful beach hide out from city life, try Karon/ Kuta Beach then. Taxi n public transoprt is easy access, IMO choice of your accom can save up you cab fare. My cab fare cost me close to 2000bhts incl 1200bhts i hire for whole day city tour!!
In Patong, can check out Holiday Inn with hotel pool .... well private pool as in your own??

Try Burasari Resort -remembered there are some with private pools and also its in the Patong area.

I would have suggested JW Marriot... went ther for my Sugarmoon (After ROM).... Love the plc especially their spa... But since u want Pte Pool, I am not too sure if there is one.. can check their webby???

i stay in Novotel just 2min drive from patong beach, is on a hill side overlookin patong beach beautiful n quiet, good security too. i chose e room which got a balcony facin e beach, damn romantic mann!!! as of pool, there is but not e private private pool, just a hotel pool with a water fall.

if ya put up a candle light dinner at e balcony and taste a bottle of red while watchin sunset, mann, ur gf will be damn impressed! mayb u can pop a ring!!

Tink more or less sld be confirm ba... but knn i saw the news few days back... phuket airport closes indefinitely due to riot... ahahah... sian 1/2...

Bro.. my buddy went to Phuket Bayan Tree on Friday. Suppose to fly back on Sunday.
End up I called him at 8pm, he was on a 12 hr bus ride to Bangkok.... Phuket airport has backlog of passengers for 3 days...

Think you can insist and PUSH for the them to refund. Else seek CASE...
