i think hor the function of watches will be redundant in the future...

my life doesn't revolve around only on watches..got other more important things to buy as well

Wrong....it's about personal preference IMO,no need nice cars and stuff to match. Well I will be finishing up my Rolex collection first....so can wear the Rolex to kopitiam mah...

Really la...you put on a Patek..normal ppl cannot tell thought is normal leather strap watch 1.

As for me, I don't believe in putting thousands or million of dollars on the street... not forgetting the kind of depreciation you will face once the dealer hand over the car key... when new model is out, not only depreciation you are facing, it will be even harder to sell it...

Watch is better... always on your hand, if you buy some models of Rolex or PP, you will only "worry" about the rate of appreciation, when new model is out, your watch become even more sort after...
