What is the name of this shop so that we all can avoid it?

Sales guy tried to clean but the lady boss was super sarcastic, saying stuffs among the lines of "only 2k watch" "it's like that one" etc. Facing all the insults taken, we demanded a refund. Took our money and swore off that place. Pardon my language, but that is a **** place whom i will never ever recommend anyone to patronise and i sincerely hope they go bankrupt.

Ironically, the salesguy murmured to my brother that his ladyboss dunno how to do business. It's that shop 2nd level near kimage if i'm not wrong. Avoid at all cost even if the watch you want is 1k cheaper there.

Haha. They are not so 'subtle' about their disdain for walk-ins. Perhaps they already have an extensive network of regular customers so much so they have forgotten how to behave?

Hahahahaha...perhaps customers dont ignite their PASSIon anymore. Now since the cat is out of the bag..let me narrate one more incidence that happened a long time ago to this one. I was walking along Funan one day, walked across the shop...as it is with any bro who loves watches...I could not resist my temptation to walk in the shop . I walked in ..the shop was completely empty except for the owner and one sales person. I passed by the salesperson and I did mention politely that I wanted to have a look around. He said ok....after some time the "supposed" owner walks up to me and says in a very strange tone " can i help you Sir" in a very strange tone....now again most of you would feel whats wrong ...but again it was the tonality...you would normally use it to chase somone away .....I felt totally humiliated....felt as if I were a gadfly which the shop owner would like to see away . needless to say I walked off after thanking the man..from hindsight i could see him staring in my direction as I made my way out of the shop. It was only after years, I called them back again....and guess what somethings never change .
Will never even look at the shop now ...even if they have something really cheap....

Their service quite ok. Sometimes we have to remember they r also human beings. Maybe they have a bad day or maybe the (supposed customer) expectation too high or out to sabo haha. But sometimes maybe shops do give some negative attitude. Anyway I still think I have seen worse service haha.

Let me present you a case i had encountered
I was talking to this salesperson over the phone regarding a Omega PO, he sound not interested handling my queries according to what i heard and felt .
I decided to go down and view the watch anyway as i am planning to get one for myself as a reward for a great work year.

The Salesperson's image in my mind is conceived as a sloppy, obnoxious salesperson as appeared in those old HongKong dramas but to my surprise upon meeting him, he is not what i imaged him to be.
Instead he's well groomed and able to held a conversation with confidence .

After a round of conversation , i do asked him why he sound so grumpy over the phone, he was very surprise that he actually cast such a "grumpy image" to a customer over the phone and he laughed and said maybe he should not handle phone queries anymore in future nor will he go into the telemarketing line if he were to change his career next time

So from the experience in this case, i think most people don't know they sound that way over the phone, so just take it easy and don't feel offend as they might not know they sound that way.

Tonality conveys more than actual words. especially if you are dealing with high value luxury items. The minimum the person needs to do is to check how he sounds on phone.

                              Dear all,

I would like to share my experience with this same shop at Funan. I bought a watch winder and a cleaning cloth from this shop on Jun 14. I was served by a elderly man and a auntie. My total purchase is about S$220.00. I asked for a discount, but the elderly man replied me nicely and say that he can't give discount unless I am buying a watch from him. I respected his reply, and continue with my purchase with this shop.

After a few days, I was called by this shop again. Apparently, there is a free gift for the watch winder that they didn't passed to me during my purchase. So they offered their apologies for this, and ask me to get the free gift from their shop anytime if I am nearby. I am quite happy with their services.

Like many bros mentioned that we, human being, have our up and down. Cheers.

This shop really sux to the max. The staff are extremely rude and arrogant. The lady boss speaks like she's the queen or something.

There was once I brought in one of my watches and just casually ask for the price I can sell it for. They asked me to take it off and let them inspect, and I did so. Next thing I know they were taking down my serial number without my permission. Who knows what they are doing with it. I refused to let them have my phone number and details. I didn't even agree to deal with them and just asked a casual question and they already treat me like I stole the watch. What the hell.

Yeah that shop at Funan. Avoid at all costs.
