Just bring to any old school goldsmiths, jewelry shop, they can do it.
Eg. Weng cheong, poh heng etc
Shouldnt cost much.

Tried all the jewellery shops at Parkway Parade yesterday. None is willing to take in "outside" stuff for gold plating!
Found a jewellery shop at Little India that will do with 18k YG!

Will update once I collect the plated end links.
