Iphone 4s alone cannot take such close-up macro shot. You need to buy an Olloclip at any apple reseller, I got mine at NEX.

Lighting is important. Try doing it under late afternoon light. Let the light reflect at an angle and of course patience.

I would love to see your macro shot.. by the way the 16610LV that u have is a nice piece. I like the Bezel color compared to mine, the ceramic bezel color a bit dull.
