                          Correct me if i am wrong but the second last digit refers to the bezel. 4 means handcrafted bezel and 7 means bark bezel. Your watch is a double quick set while mine is a single quick set.

                            Bro, Thanks for Clarifying. As both watches have similar bezel, but their numbering seems different. I can't think of the differences.
