for those who did not know, RSC used to sell rolex to end customers. i did not go out intentionally to look for one of this type of watch (one that comes with rolex singapore stamp on it). i was just wandering around those preown shops and happen to chance upon this watch.
this watch caught my attention because it comes with paper. as most of you know, if i were to buy a preown piece, i would like one with papers. it is my *religion* in owning a watch. on second look, it was a series. i was like ok, a dial with just swiss word on it, meaning it is one of those slightly 'rare' dial because 'swiss' wording on the dial is deemed to be a transitional dial between T<25 and swiss made dial.
it is only when i unfold the warranty paper that i noticed the stamp.
and would any believe it, i did not own a sub date(16610) prior to this piece. i was unsure if i should buy it. told the shop owner to hold it for me while i think it through over a fortnight.
