I like the dial color alot.

the dial like can change color like that. sometimes looks dark blue color sometimes look light blue color. is it suppose to be like that under different lighting or is just the effect of the camera.

Yea bro. It's the lighting and not effect of camera. It'll look like black of dark blue at night and light blue under sunlight. Kinda 2 tone. Very rare in the local market. hehe.
