Bro, if yr wedding is really around the corner, think it's better to hold on to yr horses until the most important day of HER life has gone by smoothly then get back into the poison of horology.

I just had my ceremonial wedding on 27 July 2008. My gosh, very lucky to have covered considering that I had abt 45 tables. I couldn't even pen my signature properly when i saw the cc bill.

that's i am of the opinion that TS settle THE priority first then get back into collecting watches.

anyway, with the PO from Bro Jim, think i will have to take a break from buying anymore this yr...or should i wait for the Sinn U2S?

There are a few stages of things I have to save up for....

                1. engagement/proposal ring

                2. deposit for resale hdb in a good location

                3. wedding dinner/associated cost...

will probably get the ring sometime next year... and the rest...

so i guess some serious saving is in order... + hope the share prices wake up..

17 watches is a little bit too much. Try to downsize it to to 7 of the best. This way, you can wear a different watch everyday and have some money for initial HDB deposit and wedding dinner. If need be, sacrifice and leave 2 of the very best. At least you won't sianz wearing the same watch everyday.

Why not add another 14 watches so that you can change watch everyday for a month? Or even better, add 348 watches so that you can change watch everyday for a year?

HDB? Wedding? who cares... ha ha...

                    Poison....

Bro... I think u missed out another major stage to save up for... since u paying deposit for HDB.... u need renovation too.. even if it's a resale flat...that shld easily bleed u by another minimum of more than $10k... better add that in too....
