    Nato on DSSD

    Hi peeps,

    Took the bracelet apart and fixed on a black nato. I must say the new bracelet is a great improvement from the old days..Hope you like the pics











    More strap change to come... hehehe

                    The one pictured, indeed is a Nato...my bad.

                    Nato has an extra flap behind the watch....so if a springbar fails, you haven't lost your watch just yet.

                    But Nato does sit higher, due to that extra flap.

                    Hope it's not too confusing...

                      Off hand, the zulu goes without the 4rings on the top and bottom lugs, but just having a nylon strap looping thru the spring-pins to hold the watch case, hence technically, the zulu is a 1 layer strap.

                      But the Nato comes with the 4rings, and 2 layers nylons strap with 1 looping underside the watchcase while a lower strap strapped to your wrist. Hope I have described well.

                      Not sure about SubC's lug size but DSSD was a 21mm so I used a 22mm on it and it fits very well.
