It is always very nice to receive a Rolex from your elders.
My dad has an Oysterdate, more than 30 years old.
I don't think it is in a very good condition.
Am thinking of getting it restored at RSC.
Any idea how much it will cost?It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.

I have a similar Rolex DJ that is full gold. I think they referred it as the "Rolex Star" some 20 yrs.
Can anybody suggest a likely value to it? My old man wants to trade it for a Daytona, i thot of buying it off his hands and keep it in the family (for me at least).
Thanks yo!Just me & you to begin with:
1) Rolex Explorer II (Black)
2) Pam 90G
3) Pam 000L
4) Rolex Datejust 116234
5) Rolex Sub LV "V"
6) Rolex Milgauss (White) "M"
7) Pam 112H

The DJ in full gold I suppose is a mid size..which in those days people call it the boy king.
