From what I know from NGS channel, something to do with strobe lights & high speed camera shots. Perhaps our bro is willing to give us some us tips.

Thanks for all the lovely compliments
I placed the watches in a black pan and used a Nikon D3000 with a shutter speed of 1/200. No special lighting, I just turned on all the lights in the living room. These fast shots require a lot light! All the was required now was a glass of water
