Hi, after so many years in this forum, I think i am quite lucky to reserved my first datejust 41 (Rhodium Green Roman with fluted bezel) in my life from a local AD.

Does anyone know what is the official name for this model?

Im so exciting now and i will share the picture here once i got the watch on saturday.

The salesman discount 7% off from the retail price to me.
Does anyone can tell me whether 7% off is a good deal??
Some say can get 10% off, but the salesman told me 7% is the max.

Official name? Not too sure, but I thought "Datejust 41" is official enough, no? From its website, the DJ41 that comes with green Roman markers reads, "Oyster, 41 mm, Oystersteel and white gold". And the dial is Slate, and not Rhodium.

Discount wise is very subjective. Some get 7% like you did, some 10% maybe, some none. Recently, I was told even the full precious metals sports models no longer come with discount.

The salesman told me hot model usually around 5% to 7%, very difficult to sell model can get 10%.

I'm not sure. Maybe there is a rhodium dial model combi. But the Rolex website did not furnish me this combi.

So far I take care the watch very well, no scratches at the moment, but I think the scratches is very obvious if on the polished part..
