I had my 1st Rolex when my late father gave it to me when I was I Secondary 1 (1970)
It was a 1965 Oyster Perpetual and after 53 years it's still ticking away.
3 months ago I decided to give it to my son and brought it to Rolex Service Centre.
The bracelet needed to be shortened and they had to search for the special tool to do it.
No other watch shops that I approached to shorten the bracelet was able to do shorten the bracelet.
Finally I am able to pass my father's Rolex to the 3rd Generation.
A few years back my wife and me decided to have a Rolex each.
I was deliberating between the Submariner or GMT Master II Ceramic.
As I travel quite a fair bit, the choice became obvious to settle for the GMT Master II
My wife chose the Ladies 31mm Everose Datejust
Here are some pictures of the OLD & NEW
Hope you like the pictures!
