I have already call the AD for it and also the plastic casing they use as watchbox
Regarding the bronze booklet, should I also go request for it?

This is the package from what i received from a local AD, just for reference.
1) GMT Manual
2) Leather slot for holding the Warranty card
3) The Warranty Card
4) Bezel protector
5) Green tag with correct Serial number
6) Red COSC tag (AD say he got alot of this)
7) GMTIIc Watch
8) Cleaning cloth
9) Other Paper box
10) The big green box that holds the watch
11) another booklet abt warrenty
