    Pepsi 16710 On A Family Vacation...

    As usual around this time of the year, it's time for family vacation and our destination, Taipei Taiwan. The Dssd have been the frequent go to travel watch but this time round, I am bringing my another favorite, the Pepsi 16710. And since I have a 3 years old and 4 months old daughters, with stroller and diaper bag to carry everywhere, the Pepsi seems appropriate.

    Shall not bore you much with words but here are some photos I took during the trip.

              WAH bro! What a nice family holiday

              Love those pics you posted. But my heart skipped a beat when I saw the 'Pepsi' hanging from a skinny branch. I especially like the pic with 'ROLEX' and 'Panerai' written/drawn on the sky lantern

              Did you buy any watch(es) there..hehe

                And so I was told as well...by my Wife...she goes like, "are you serious?!" cause she knows how I treated my watches. But all is fine, no Pepsi or Sakura tree was hurt in the process...

                Nice or not my Da Vinci masterpiece drawing of the 2 brands I love? I caught the cute ah moys looking weirdly at me when I drew that.

                Nope, never even went to any watch stores. Seems like the only place for branded stuff was in Taipei 101. Where I stayed, near the Taipei Main Station, there's no highend brands and the only Rolex store I bump onto was this small outlet but was on my way for dinner so never went in.

                Quite contented with the current state of collection I have and with so many priorities lining up, not putting any plans for any new acquisition for a long while now...unless I got bored with the current ones...then that's a different story all together.

                      thanks for sharing. there are many other shops in other suburbs. quite easy to take the train to various places. there are some good deals for seiko GS there.

                      couple of years back, i went there and check out the rolex prices. not every exciting.

                            Thats what we did...go everywhere via train and it's so convenient just that some places we went the journey time is a bit long and only last night I spoke to one of my good kaki who said I should have scout for some Seikos while I am there as most are "Made in Japan". Didn't thought about it and got the info only after I came back.
