Hi Guys & Bro Benade, sorry to hijack this thread. Am a new member and can't start my own thread due to not reaching the 10 post count. Need some advice here. My collection is currently:
-Mint condition Rolex Precision 6694 gold dial complete with original box and cert dated Dec 1990.
-Excellent Condition Omega Aqua Terra Ref 2803.34.37 with original bracelet. Watch only. No box or cert.

I'm thinking of trading this 2 watches for a "better" Rolex which i can wear on a daily basis. The one that caught my eyes is the Rolex datejust half gold 16233 or 16234. So my question is:

1)Is it worth it to trade my 2 watches for a so called "better Rolex"?
2)Which watch shop that has a good trade in value?

                Thanks and appreciate any comments.

I am a newbie, would need some advice, as I can't decide between Submariner & GET Master II. Can any seniors give me some adevice. I am looking for 116610LN.

I was asking this question myself for over a year before I decided to take the plunge early this year.

Both watches are iconic and are very good investments but I decided on buying a submariner, a 114060 due to the "cleaner" look. in my humble opinion, its a little easier to wear, be it casual or formal.

Having said that, I still look at the GMT master II very much and would want to add that the collection real soon! haha

Go down to a shop and have a look in person? I believe trying it on would tell u much more about which watch u prefer.
