I think it is one size smaller than Grand Reverso. Men size.
You should try Grand Reverso. It is too long.

For me the Grande series has a good lug-to-lug size. Had a Grande Date 8 days before and my issue was with the thickness.

I guess your wrist size is 6.2" max?
