chill bro, I did not start off with AHCI and am not a silver spoon guy from birth.
Just have to focus and learn along the way.

Classic is no more in production. Last piece was out in 2007.
I consider myself very very lucky to obtain this piece esp when it's in yellow gold (less than 35 in the world)
As for pricing, it's definitely more but worth the price. You are paying for the finishing which is no less or even better than PP imho. Just look at the hands and the alternate finishing on the case.

for Kari and PD, it depends on the type and complications. A simplicity by PD is easily 6 digits now and no more orders taking too.

There are other AHCI that are very affordable just that they are not so well known but provides very good value and customisation.

One sad scenario in SG is it's either Rolex, Panerai or AP that gets the most buyer's attention.
