hey no offence taken. Ya, BP for me is definitely out. 47mm and IWC is known to have super long lug to lug measurements

The 44mm GO is just something I like. Hav yet the chance to try it but if its anything like Pams, I might still have a remote chance. Just that might not look that nice cos the leather strap will be handing vertically downwards . Mayb I shld just give up my dream of having bigger watches haha....

Get the GO PanoInverse or the GO PanoLuna Rhodium on sale now in the sales sections. I love those pieces but I need the XL versions or else they look tiny on me.

I think sizes just takes getting used to. My wrist is not exactly big too, should be about the same size as yours. Initially I thought 44mm was not for me also but over time, I got used to it and now, 46, 48, 50mm are fine for me also. As long as the lugs are not too long, our puny wrists should be able to caryr it off. Anyway, let's wait and see what G.Os or Blancpains the THG sale has to offer. I 'gianing' the Blancpain 50 Fathoms or a Blancpain Aqualung. 50 Fathoms for sure won't be on sale but less popular models maybe.

                  Wow

Do you need a PhD to change LW strap. The changing of strap is just like it's looks. Nice and complicated. LW sure make good use of colour combo on their watches.

Actually its really simple. Here's the link that shows how its done

                    http://thelab.lindewerdelin.com/article.php?i=163

Essentially just unscrew the hex screws (tool supplied) in the watch head, remove strap, put in new strap, rescrew. Nothing all that complicated.

                      Yes, you are right.

States differently on their website and from all the various articles I've read online (link / link). Also the fact that they work closely on a number of pieces in their collection with Svend Anderson says they arn't exactly small players

Also, not sure what you're trying to convey in the first sentence. Hublots BBs first range were very much steel affairs with the ceramic bezel. Even the current range feature all steel affairs in 2010. Not to mention they are ETA7750s (not even 7753s) in them. APs until recently were not even using an integrated inhouse chrono movement. And its only in the very high end LEs or the new 2011 versions whereby more material's will be utilised, i.e. ceramic, forged carbon etc. Not really defending LW, but trying to understand where you are coming from and what you're trying to state as it's not exaclty conclusive. Neither of those brands have a hardened steel DLCed piece to my knowledge either.

Also, its not distributed by THG/Sincere but by E'Collezion

Anyhow, seperately, was messing around with the collection this morning and took some shots of my whole collection, but this one stood out

Oops. My mistake, both men. Vividly recalled that the LW name was derived from the two founders (where I kept thinking Linde was the women, was on the train when i was typing the earliest post. Slightly mix up with Habring2 as you said later). Well, dun read too much into the playing with material thing, why would AP or Hublot want to do DLC when they could mix some precious metal/material and charge customer to make a fortune.(just an analogy on the DLC part).

Thanks for the LW AD info in Singapore. I was still wondering why I never see LW watch in Sincere, THS, Dickson, Cortina or even WOS when I was hunting for Air King for my senior just few weeks back.

                      BTW. Nice collection you have.
