  • JLC Navy Seal or Hublot Big Bang?

Hi guys, I'm considering these two watches.....which should I get?

  • #2
i am not too sure about the price of both watches but i would say there should be close. given the choice of the 2, i will take the JLC anytime. simply because it is in-house movement. also hublot is going the AP way which means same base movement, change shell. i dont find it worth the money.

      My 2 cents:

      JLC.
Better movement: in-house, more complications, better finish.
More striking design. Probably higher resale value.

For Hublot this model is a little plain.
High price to pay for a ETA Valjoux 7750 base watch.

      Alba Casio Citizen Roox Seiko

Wanted to add PP but bo lui

JLC. Maybe it's just me, but I really dislike a "screwed-up face"..

Does the JLC look cheap to anyone of you?

I'm asking becoz it doesn't really look like an expensive watch.

No kidding me but comparing both, the hublot definitely looks less expensive to me.

I think Hublot is the most overpriced watch. No real breakthrough with the same BB design.
The only credit is they tend to experience with different materials for the casing. It was a "dying" company just about 6 years ago and the BB design help revived the company. If the BB is priced at 50% less, I may vote for it.

I'd vote for JLC given the crazy Hublot price.

Basing on the design alone, I would go for the Hublot, looks nicer IMO.

Go where ur heart tells u. For the king power models the in house Unico movements will be used. Similar to PAMS, now there is a mix of movements used. Where it comes to design n brand power, Hublot is at the forefront. At that price point, JLC does nt speak to me. AP n Hublot does!

I will go for JLC movements, Hublot design...but not this model you mentioned.
As for buying, suggest you buy preowned which will saves you lots of moneys.
Get it from bros here. Definitely worth the wait....hehe
