My New Fortis B-42 Black & Black Limited Edition

Ok, a pic of this watch in one of the threads in the forum caught my eye yesterday.

"Not another black stealth watch!? " were my first thoughts. Then I realized that something was different about this one....Ahhhh...it was those White Hands + the Day/Date that captivated me. Unlike the others, those hands would catch your attention a mile away And then there is the Day/date function which is a feature that I secretly liked in any watch.

So to cut a long story short, made a call to the shop that recently sold me the white Omega and asked if they carried Fortis watches and if they had this limited edition blackie ...and to my surprise, they had 1 piece!! Reserved it and made my way down in the evening to see if the watch passes the final test!

Well...it did The watch SPOKE

haha, under normal lighting conditions, the watch is like totally "matt black" and all one can see are the white hands and the floating white dot on the seconds hand+the one at the 12 o'clock position on the bezel.
