Am interested in this piece of beauty. However, I tried looking high and low and seems like no AD carries stock and they couldn't get stock from Agent too.
I found stock only in the boutique but the discount from boutique is pretty miserable.
Is still watch really limited to just boutique selling?

By the way, did you fork out additional $1000 for the deployment buckle + strap?

IWC MBS has stock now for this piece, saw it 2 days back. Look for Claire. VIP discount is only 5% and yes, only limited to boutique selling. Another way would be from the grey market.

I have seen and tried this watch on ION orchard IWC boutique last sat. Was comparing this and Zenith chrono power reserve and hence didn't buy it.
The lady in the boutique said they sold off 2 watches that they have over the weekends.

luckily she said still have one more at 'warehouse' that she can order for me. Wonder why AD cannot get any stocks at all. There is one who told me he hasn't seen one for months.

The IWC sales person said it's a limited edition but no limit in number aka no limit in production. Wonder what this means

By the way, is it a good idea to change it to deployment buckle? $650 just for that small piece of metal.....

I changed mine to the deployment buckle, need to buy both the strap and buckle. Worth every cent in my opinion. All my IWC watches have deployment buckles. Limited Edition watches are available in boutique only.

Yes, mine didn't come with book as well. I then got the Le Petit Prince Double Chrono, also no book.

Me too, pin type makes me feel like the watch is going to fall easily when I'm wearing it, esp for heavier watches like panarai
