Vintage rolex verification

Hi all,

Would like to seek the opinion from the vintage gurus here, which is a trustworthy watchmaker for verification of vintage rolex watches?

Heard that RSC is not 100% reliable for vintage.. May miss out small details with respect to non original parts.

Furthermore RSC only open on weekdays so a bit difficult.. If known watchmakers that open on Saturdays would be even great still.

take note verification for vintage at RSC takes maybe a day to 2 longer

My humble view is, if u can't trust RSC, then who can u trust? in terms of $ n waiting time, it will cost/take more time but the assurance will be there.

But maybe some of the bros here can share their views as I am just a newbie here.

Just for other's info, checked out JW and Top Hour which are the two most frequently cited for verification - neither do verification for vintage anymore.

Anyone has other ideas - would be much appreciated.

its good to do some homework for vintage pieces

RSC is no doubt the best place available for verification unless you know some experienced watch makers who willing to help
