the choice lies on you. if u r happy with JW servicing, continue. otherwise, u may proceed to RSC. what i will do is bring the watch to RSC and get them to do a valuation of servicing costs and what are the main replacements if any. then bring to JW to do the same thing before deciding.if you have issues with your account, click here for self help and read forum rules here. 90% of your answers can be found in Forum FAQ

must be for common wear
