I could be wrong but that looks very much like a Rolex Turn-O-Graph. If it is, then it was launched in 1953 as an adventure watch. Although it was discontinued in the early 1960s due to the success of the Submariner and GMT as sport watches that overshadowed this model, Turn-O-Graph is a fantastic vintage model especially those few before 1960 worth collecting. Today, a similar model still manufactured is the new Oyster Perpetual Datejust Turn-O-Graph Ref 116264.

Dial came from a Datejust most likely I don't rmb it coming with a diamond dial as it's meant to be sporty. But it's interchangeable so no worries.
Sometimes forgotten, but always contactable. Darkangel (2007-2014)

Well the only diff between this and a normal DJ is the bezel. So dials are interchangeable

1) Among collectors , if this watch has the wrong dial - in the long run it will devalue the watch as collectors want it intact.
2) TOG dials are NOT interchangeable for watch models 1625/1624 and earlier with 1601. They may fit but if you look close enough the angulation of the edge of the pie pan is different. So never buy a vintage TOG with anything less than a perfect dial.
If you can find a correct TOG dial for an old thunderbird, chances are that the dial alone will cost you more than the watch with the wrong dial.
