I could be wrong but that looks very much like a Rolex Turn-O-Graph. If it is, then it was launched in 1953 as an adventure watch. Although it was discontinued in the early 1960s due to the success of the Submariner and GMT as sport watches that overshadowed this model, Turn-O-Graph is a fantastic vintage model especially those few before 1960 worth collecting. Today, a similar model still manufactured is the new Oyster Perpetual Datejust Turn-O-Graph Ref 116264.

Thanks Damiand for the input. I saw one of my dad friend wearing it during last weekend gathering but he do not want to sell now .....
Dial original, just that it's from a normal datejust.
Well the only diff between this and a normal DJ is the bezel. So dials are interchangeable
That may be for models after the 1990s i.e 16264 and later (though I'm not sure of this because I've not checked) ... but:
1) Among collectors , if this watch has the wrong dial - in the long run it will devalue the watch as collectors want it intact.
2) TOG dials are NOT interchangeable for watch models 1625/1624 and earlier with 1601. They may fit but if you look close enough the angulation of the edge of the pie pan is different. So never buy a vintage TOG with anything less than a perfect dial.
If you can find a correct TOG dial for an old thunderbird, chances are that the dial alone will cost you more than the watch with the wrong dial.
The TOG is perhaps the most under rated "sports" (quasi sports, perhaps) models. You see the prices of explorer, GMT, Dytona, submariner going up, it will be a matter of time, these model become collectable.. I remember buying the Explorer 2 ref 1655 at US$1000 during the 1990s..
The prices of yellow gold now is between US $2-3k, white white gold been is between US$3.5-4.5k on average depending on conditions..
