  • Watch building in process...

Hi fellows, I mentioned previously that I will be building my own watch. Although I haven't got my parts ready, I will be posting the stages of the construction of my watch here to share with my joy... Meanwhile, here are the items I just acquired...

    Lume powder

Straps originally cost USD 120, got it quite a cheap deal..

    Dial(unpainted)

    Dial (painted, Superlumed)

That's great bro. Hope to see posts of your watch building in stages.

For me, I am contented with dismantling my ETA movement and putting it back. Got my DIY watch kit from Timezone. Comes complete with watch tools, ETA movement, casing and PDF Manual .

Care to share where you might be getting your watch parts?

      hi

I will be designing on the dial so it will be the one and only watch in the world...

I got my lume oversea and my strap is a 2nd hand used strap...

Your tools you buy in Singapore ar? May I know the website? I am about to place order for tools overseas but I hope to save money on shipping..

      Cheers

I bought it as a package from www.timezone.com. Check out the tool shop. The tools are mainly Bergeon. I was told by some brothers that it is actually cheaper to buy the tools in Singapore.

From the picture of your strap, seems like a 24/24. Must be a big watch. What about your casing bro?
