18K all gold Rolex Rare Datejust model from 1970s...how much is it worth?

    18K all gold Rolex Rare Datejust model from 1970s...how much is it worth?

    Hi all Rolex lovers & masters out there,

    Tried asking a Rolex professional via pm, but can't wait in time...

    Need all ur professional assessment n inputs, found an all 18K gold Rolex that look like a model 1601 but all gold including the case n dial...from 1970s...how much is it worth?

    First look mistaken it for a DayDate, then realised its a vintage all rare 18K all gold Datejust...seller offering 3.5k...no bracelets, head only, with acrylic crystal and conditions is 9/10...

    Please let me know should I complete the deal? Feel abit light, and best of all, Seller said Rolex centre may not service it due parts...i was like thinking is it fake wan? But selling from one of the pre-owned shops recommendd here lei...

      If it 1601-8,with calibre 1570.

      Rolex centre should have part.

      $3,500 to me is good price,provided the dial is not damage and case is not over polish.

                    Don't sweat it.

                    For about $4500 you may be able to find a nice 1803 on strap ... just keep your eyes open.

                        Going to be difficult to find a 1803 for $4500.

                        one of our members here sold his 1803 last month to a dealer in golden landmark for $4500 because his backcase was dented!
